Madhuresha has over 26 years of rich experience in procurement, operations and marketing. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Mysore University. Prior to founding Grihasoft in 2003, he held various positions under different management cultures and has driven the success of both large organizations and startups. His career spans across various domains, including the one as the first employee of a US multinational in India. In this role Madhuresha was in charge of setting up the procurement operations for the company in India. He then moved to the ITES segment in late 90’s and held various positions. At Grihasoft, apart from providing overall leadership to other functions, he also manages sales and marketing.

Prashant Shettar is an IT professional and an entrepreneur. He has more than 10 years of experience in various functions. He has done his BE in Visvesvaraya Technical University and holds a Master’s degree in Information Management with University of Maryland.

Narasimha is a founder member of Grihasoft. He is responsible for the Operations Management and deliveries. He brings to this role a rich experience of over 20 years across a broad range of roles in IT / ITES industry. He spent the early part of his career as an analyst working on CAD and GIS platform in India and Middle-East. He was subsequently appointed as Operations Manager in an ITES firm looking after a team of more than 150 engineers. His area of expertise includes strong domain knowledge on adopting various industry standards like UNSPSC / eOTD / eClass etc. He is also familiar with various Dictionaries / Templates, Online Data Management Tools, Data Processing Techniques etc. In addition to overseeing Grihasoft delivery functions, he is also having responsibility of key accounts management and client relationship. He has done his Diploma in Electrical Engineering and MBA in Marketing.

Sudarshan has 20 years of professional experience in strategic operations management across KPO and manufacturing industries in Project transition to offshore, Operations planning, setup, Process optimization, Quality improvement and key pre-sales initiatives. In Grihasoft, he is leading organizational level initiatives in the areas of operations optimization, QMS deployment and driving continuous improvements of processes, apart from handling a major healthcare customer project. Sudarshan is an Industrial & Production engineer, holds a post graduate diploma in business management and Certified lean six sigma & ISO 9001 lead auditor professional. He has a strong passion and acumen towards data driven operation excellence, master data management and supply chain analytics functional areas.

Dr. Prashanth Southekal is a Technology and Data Analytics professional with over 20 years of experience from companies such as Shell, Apple, P&G, SAP, Husky Energy, and GE. He specializes in deriving business value from digital technologies (SAP, IBM, and Microsoft platforms) and data especially in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Procure-to Pay (P2P) domains. Dr. Prashanth is the adjunct faculty of Data Analytics at University of Alberta (UoA) and University of Calgary (UoC) and he is also a regular speaker and writer on Data Analytics, Solution/Data Architecture, & KPI based Dashboards. He is the author of the book - Data for Business Performance (DBP, holds a PhD in Technology Management, and has industry certifications in SAP, CPIM, PMP, Lean Six Sigma (LSS), ITIL, amongst others. Outside work, Dr. Prashanth loves juggling and cricket. He lives with his wife and 2 children in Calgary, Canada.

Mr N.Venkatesan is an adviser and senior consultant in maintenance management and performance improvement activities. He has over forty years of experience across maintenance services, maintenance management and materials management consulting services and asset management solutions to process industries. He has hands on experience in maintenance and inventory management (asset management consulting and services) in Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals / Power segments. He is an experienced trainer for MSR / SRCM / spares optimization / planning and scheduling and other AMS topics. His special focus lies in conducting plant performance assessments, gap-analysis and road maps, real time practical workshops to support implementation of above training topics.
