1. Specialist – EAM / CMMS Data Management

Qualification: BE / BTech / Masters / Degree / Diploma
Experience: 0 – 5+ years of hands on experience in Maintenance division of a process industry, having exposure to a EAM / CMS package
Location: Bangalore, India
Required Skills: 

1. Strong domain knowledge in Manufacturing / Utility / Power Generation / Oil & Gas sectors.
2. Have exposure to various EAM / CMMS packages like MAXIMO, INFOR, JDE, SAP, ORACLE etc.
3. Thorough exposure to the entire EAM/CMMS data management cycle – collection, verification and integration processes.
4. Good experience in carrying out asset surveys and process related to them.
5. Customize data gathering sheets (DGS) according to compatibility with EAM / CMMS systems.
6. Generate standard coded files of all maintainable assets, building systems, activities.
7. Convenient with both conventional and machine assisted ( hand-held devices) modes of asset data collection.
8. Validate DGS as per the EAM/CMMS configuration and check for data redundancy, bad records, and integrity of data.
9. Adept at equipment taxonomy, functional hierarchies, failure codes, equipment technical specifications confirming to ISO standards.
10. Attention to detail and strong personal organizational skills and able to work in fast, paced, high volume environment.
11. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
12. Should be willing to travel to Middle-East on short term assignments (upto 6 months).

2. Specialist – Material Masters Management

Qualification: BE / BTech / Masters / Degree / Diploma
Experience: 0 – 5+ years, having exposure in MM modules of well known ERPs
Location: Bangalore, India
Required Skills: 

1. Domain expertise in Manufacturing / Utility / Power Generation / Oil & Gas sectors.
2. Should be adept at basic material management functions like – structured cataloguing and standardization, material functional audit, cross referencing of items.
3. Should have strong knowledge about total data quality management, common prevailing errors in databases, costs and benefits associated to data quality.
4. Capable of vendor master data preparation, customized optimum cataloguing ( line based, noun-modifier format etc.) as per the client needs or industry standards.
5. Manage material master requests till closure, open material transactions, material master cleansing , modification and validation as per requirement.
6. Ensure adherence of material management to global / standard rules or policies.
7. Should have experience in master data management including BOM ( Bill of Materials) initiatives.
8. Experience related to material coding, cataloguing, equipment registers preparation in standard or legacy ERPs would be an added advantage.
9. Attention to detail and strong personal organizational skills and able to work in fast, paced, high volume environment .
10. Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment .
11. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage tasks to meet multiple deadlines.

3. Specialist – Material Masters Management

Qualification: BE / BTech / Masters / Degree / Diploma
Experience: 0 – 5+ years, exposure in procurement of Engineering materials / constructing Bill of Materials of equipments for procurement and maintenance
Location: Bangalore, India
Required Skills: 

1. BOM Cleansing / Validation – Verifying the correctness of component numbers, component description, manufacturer name, life cycle validation; identifying alternative components for EOL and Obsolete components.
2. Capable of analyze and optimize BOMs for customized reporting – related to risk assessments, life cycle status
3. Generate BOM-level compliance report – adhering to environmental compliance, industry compliance etc.
4. Plant Walk-downs - On site collection of asset data ( manufacturer / supplier info etc.) from various sources , and generate BOM.

4. Team Leader – Operations

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E & above.
Experience: 3 – 7 Yrs.
Location: Bangalore, India
Required Skills: 

1. Experience in production process / operation.
2. Working experience in KPO or BPO organization preferred.(Note: Don’t want candidates from Call Center background)
3. Proven track record of leading a team / work schedule.
4. Guiding a team on process / project activities.
5. Exposure towards Quality will be an added advantage.
6. Excellent verbal, writing & Presentation communication skills.
7. Very strong analytical skills and good comprehension & problem solving skills.

5. Tr. Content Analyst / Content Analyst / Domain Expert - (MRO)

Qualification: B.E / Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Automobile)
Experience: 0 – 4 Yrs
Required Skills: 

1. Strong knowledge on academic background.
2. Good knowledge on MS Office & Internet Browsing.
3. Experience in similar or any process industry in Maintenance/Production/QA.

6. Tr. Content Analyst / Content Analyst

Qualification : BSc / MSc (Biotechnology/Microbiology/Botany/Chemistry)
