Grihasoft today unveiled its web based content management application "CWB-online". CWB (Content WorkBench) is Grihasoft's primary content management application used in its content factories.

While announcing the release, Mr.Krishna, CTO of Grihasoft said "The traditional desktop based workflow management applications do not offer the required flexibility when it comes to mutli-facility operations. In our business, it is often required for the teams to work on a common project from different locations, sometimes even from different countries as we have several on-site teams at customer's location. That's when we decided to make our desktop based CWB into a web based application."

"CWB-online is a Java based three tiered architecture web application. It has been designed to work with variety of back-ends. It's very easy to deploy, requires nothing more than a browser connectivity and training requirements are minimal. Now, not only our employees could work in collaboration over the internet, we can also use CWB as a customer reporting tool. Soon it will be available from our website's homepage for clients to access and use" he added.
